During Obasanjo's tenure ,all these problems were there.But he used force to suppress people.Remember Odi and the Zaki-Biam massacre? When Obasanjo created the National Directorate of Employment,he used it as an avenue to settle politicians. Nigerian politicians are funny,while in office, they hardly know Nigeria has problems until they get out of office.
